Errol Fernandes brings a rare mix of AI leadership, and enterprise data transformation experience across IBM, Cox Automotive, and Mercedes-Benz USA. At Cox Automotive, he led data services, business intelligence, platform modernization, and advanced analytics work tied to measurable gains in operational efficiency, processing speed, and forecasting accuracy.
During 18 years at Mercedes-Benz USA, Errol led NAFTA architecture, enterprise integration, API management, and Customer 360 initiatives spanning more than 25 systems. Outside of work, he is drawn to causes involving education, economic empowerment, the environment, children, science and technology, and social services.
Sonya is the Chief Operating Officer at iVoyant, where she leads operations and delivery for complex, enterprise-grade technology initiatives with a focus on reliability, scalability, and measurable outcomes. Drawing on a career spanning healthcare and tech, she’s known for building high-performing cross-functional teams, strengthening strategic partnerships, and embedding data-driven, customer-centric practices across the organization.
Outside of work, Sonya is an AI & tech enthusiast, autism advocate, former NFL cheerleader, culturally curious sports junkie, and a CHIEF member.
