Joe is a seasoned technology leader and has held leadership roles in a wide variety of organizations. He has led technical teams from large companies (Citibank's Global Consumer organization) to small public and privately owned businesses, most recently as the Chief Technology Officer at Paycor. Joe is very interested in how technology can help engineering teams rapidly deliver solutions to end-clients and measure the improvements to their daily lives.
Joe lives in Cincinnati, OH and in his free time enjoys sports (particularly golf), and spending time with his wife Christy and their 2 daughters.
Sonya is the Chief Operating Officer at iVoyant, where she leads operations and delivery for complex, enterprise-grade technology initiatives with a focus on reliability, scalability, and measurable outcomes. Drawing on a career spanning healthcare and tech, she’s known for building high-performing cross-functional teams, strengthening strategic partnerships, and embedding data-driven, customer-centric practices across the organization.
Outside of work, Sonya is an AI & tech enthusiast, autism advocate, former NFL cheerleader, culturally curious sports junkie, and a CHIEF member.
